General Election Results For Eastbourne

At the General Election in Eastbourne on 5th May 2005, 48392 votes were cast (approximately 65% of the total number of eligible voters) with the following result:

Nigel Waterson (Conservative): 21033 votes (-0.6%).

41.1%

Stephen Lloyd (Liberal Democrat): 19909 votes (+1.8%).

10.9%

Andrew Jones (Labour): 5268 votes (-2.4%).

2.5%

Andrew Meggs (UK Independence Party): 1233 votes (+0.5%).

Clive Gross (Green Party): 949 votes (+2%).
